Sealed bids for construction of the above captioned project will be received in the Centreville Town Hall, 1 Municipal Drive, Centreville, Mississippi 39631 until 2:00p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened.

Scope of Work: This project entails complete construction of a new facility, The Centre event venue; a medium size free-standing facility.

Contract Documents & Bidding Portal: Bid Documents are available via hard copy (paper) or digital copy. To preview plans, contractors are required to register for a free online account at www.coxarchplans.com (utilizing a valid email address) where they can view and then order Bid Documents in either printed or electronic format. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically instead of a paper bid, must do so through this portal. Proposals shall include fully executed bid form(s) and all additionally required documentation in accordance with the Project Manual and the Bid Laws of the State of Mississippi. Each Bidder must include with his proposal, a Bid Bond as bid security in an amount equal to five percent of his bid, payable to Centreville Chamber of Commerce. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

Opening of Bids: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the location and on the date indicated above. Bidders may submit bids in person or electronically through www.coxarchplans.com. No other electronically transmitted bid will be acceptable.
