Engineer's Estimate: $500K (Building A) - $250K (Building B)

Sealed bids for construction of the above captioned project will be received in the Magnolia City Hall, 175 E. Railroad Ave. N, Magnolia, MS 39652-2836 at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at which time bids will be publicly opened.

Scope of Work: This project entails renovations to two City-Owned buildings to be bid as a single project. The distance between the two buildings is 1.25 mile.

Contract Documents & Bidding Portal: Bid Documents are available via hard copy (paper) or digital copy. To preview plans, contractors are required to register for a free online account at www.coxarchplans.com (utilizing a valid email address) where they can view and then order Bid Documents in either printed or electronic format and are non-refundable. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically instead of a written bid, must do so through this portal. Proposals shall include fully executed bid form(s) and all additionally required documentation in accordance with the Project Manual and the Bid Laws of the State of Mississippi. Each Bidder must include with his proposal, a Bid Bond as bid security in an amount equal to five percent of his bid, payable to City of Magnolia, MS. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

Opening of Bids: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the location and on the date indicated above. Bidders may submit bids in person or electronically. www.coxarchplans.com. No other electronically transmitted bid will be acceptable.
